Crimson Sweet hybrid watermelon, well known in the market for its great performance. It is recognized for its oblong shape, sweet flesh, fine, fibreless texture and its deep red colour. Another characteristic is its ability to keep a fresh, bright green skin colour for an extended period of time after harvest.
Fruits have an average weight of 10-12 kg, with high uniformity of size throughout the harvesting time. This variety has strong, outstanding vigour which results in excellent yield. Its cycle is medium, 85 days after planting.
Intermediate resistance (IR) to: Colletotrichum orbiculare (ex Colletotrichum lagenarium) (Co 1) and to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. niveum (Fon 1).
