GANDALF (TL 14717) F.1*
Oxheart tomato variety resistant to TSWV, much appreciated by professional growers for greenhouse and open field cultivation. Plants are very generous and well-balanced with generative habit that guarantees high setting and yield. GANDALF has good performance in spring and summer crops as well in overwintering crops. Plants also have field tolerance to TYLCV and a short cycle. Fruits have a round globe shape with typical ribs, evident green shoulders, a very uniform size of 80-90 mm and a weight of 250-270 g. The flesh is generally very meaty with small seed cavities and the typical good flavour of oxheart. High resistance (HR) to Verticillium (V), Fusarium (Fol 1,2), Tomato mosaic virus (ToMV) and intermediate resistance (IR) to Tomato spotted wild virus (TSWV) and Nematodes (MaMiMj).
