Use |
“Midi-plum” hybrid tomato resistant to TSWV and Nematodes. The fruits, weighing 50-55 g, are bright red in colour with an intense sweet & sour taste and the typical shape of the “Vesuvian Piennolo”. Clusters are very attractive with the fruits arranged in a regular herringbone pattern with thick rachis and sepals. The variety also has high tolerance to fruit drop. Plants are vigorous, early maturing with short internodes and high fruit set. Samori has proven to be a very high-performance hybrid for greenhouse cultivation in spring with summer transplanting, thanks to its excellent fruit setting at high temperatures and high tolerance to blossom-end rot.
High resistance (HR) to Verticillium (V), Fusarium (Fol 1,2), tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), bacterial speck (Pst) and intermediate resistance (IR) to Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) and Nematodes (MaMiMj).
